ファーストシューズ

まだ歩けない赤ちゃんに、足慣らせのために履かせる靴、
ファーストシューズ。
歩き出した子供に履かせる靴は、いろんな意味で作るのが難しい。
赤ちゃんの足のサイズって、個人差がハンパない。
そのうえ、大きすぎても、小さすぎても、未完成の足には負担がかかる。
やっぱり、赤ちゃんの足のことがちゃんと考慮された、底が安定していて足にフィットするスニーカーを選んでしまうかな。
でもまだ歩けない時に履かせる場合は、いわゆる飾りだから作ってもいいかな、と。
だから、履かせやすさというより、雰囲気重視な感じです。
我が子へ初めてプレゼントした手づくりのものは、メッシュでつくった白い靴でした。
（実は子供服、作ったことないのです。）
今回作ったファーストシューズ。
白ヌメのカーフに、ボーダープリントのスエード。
底もスエードで滑り防止です。
生まれて初めて履く靴、プレゼントでもらっても、嬉しい。
